Shire of Esperance is seeking a Backhoe Operator for Rural Maintenance at the Cascade Depot. You will perform backhoe duties and operate other plant, contributing to road and infrastructure upkeep. The role requires living onsite at remote depots and working 85 hours per week.

Applicants must have an HR license, at least one year backhoe experience, and ability to perform routine maintenance on plant. Applications close will be communicated by the Shire, with pre-employment checks including
