Use your allied health expertise to provide timely, person-centred mental health support through MH CALL.

Your new role:

Join the MH CALL Tele Triage team and provide high-quality allied health assessment, intervention and support as part of a 24/7 mental health access service.

- Deliver clinical assessment, patient education, therapeutic intervention, management and discharge planning within an interprofessional team.
- Manage an allocated workload and apply evidence-based practice, clinical judgement and effective prioritisation to support patient-centred outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers, health professionals and external agencies to coordinate appropriate care and support.
- Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, service development and research activities.

About you:

We are looking for an allied health professional who can bring strong clinical skills, communication and a commitment to person-centred mental health care.

- Demonstrates the ability to provide high-quality, efficient and evidence-based allied health assessment and management.
- Communicates effectively and works collaboratively within an interprofessional team to support patient-centred outcomes.
- Is committed to ongoing learning, professional development and developing clinical practice expertise.
- Demonstrates, or can rapidly develop, skills in clinical education and participation in service improvement initiatives.
