Hansonium in the Ballarat region is seeking a Support Supervisor to own the capability, practice quality, and performance of 20+ support workers. You will supervise, assess and sign off competencies to implement Behaviour Support Plans and deliver core practice training.

Expect about 60% field time, coaching in the moment, and handling formal performance processes with HR. You’ll report to the Service Manager, while ensuring workforce development stays front and centre.
