Melba Support Services in Ballarat is seeking a passionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver trauma-informed, human-rights-based services to people with disability. You will manage a clinical caseload, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans, and collaborate with families, support networks and staff to improve quality of life.

You will coach workers, monitor outcomes, maintain records and stay current with PBS practices and legislation.
