Workskil Australia is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in delivering employment services at our Fitzroy site. This full time, ongoing role offers a 9-day fortnight and salary packaging.

You will mentor the site team, drive budget and placement targets, engage employers, run pre-employment activities and lead workshops to boost employment placements. You may act up for the Site Manager when needed and will work closely with the National Administration Centre.
