This is an opportunity for an ambitious Sales Executive who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and being trusted to get in front of customers. You will focus on winning new business, developing assigned accounts and converting qualified inbound enquiries into real sales opportunities. You will also have a defined career development pathway, with support to build your skills, broaden your commercial capability and take on greater responsibility over time.

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach target customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events and face-to-face engagement

Plan and undertake regular intrastate and interstate customer and prospect visits, including overnight travel where required

Secure discovery meetings, build relationships and create qualified opportunities with target customers

Grow assigned customer accounts by understanding their needs, identifying new opportunities and maintaining regular contact

Follow up inbound enquiries, help qualify customer requirements and coordinate the next steps with internal teams

Keep the CRM up to date so opportunities,



next actions and account activity are transparent and well managed

About you

Experience in electronics, manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology or technical products will be viewed favourably, but the most important thing is your ability to create opportunities, build trust and grow customer relationships.

Ability and willingness to travel regularly within Queensland and interstate, including overnight stays as required

Good CRM discipline, strong follow-up habits, resilience and a willingness to keep learning
