This is a hands-on leadership position within a energetic, pokie-free hospitality group that includes The Old Fitz, Bar Bruno, Razz Room, Bistro Grenier and Pleasure Club.
You’ll lead from the front, support the Head Chef and take ownership of the kitchen when required, driving high standards, teamwork and a positive kitchen culture across multiple sites.
