Warehouse Manager - Gold Coast

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse on the Gold Coast.
The role will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 10 warehouse staff , ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and to required service standards.
Key responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a team of approximately 10 warehouse employees
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
- Coordinate daily workloads and allocate tasks across the team
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock control
- Monitor warehouse processes and productivity
- Ensure orders are picked and dispatched accurately and on time
- Maintain workplace health and safety standards
- Train and support warehouse employees
- Manage staff performance and attendance




- Liaise with transport, sales and other internal departments
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes

About you The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Experience managing a team of warehouse staff
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control
- Valuable organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and people management skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to warehouse management
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety
- Current forklift licence
- Experience with warehouse management systems
