People2U is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct care for elderly clients in Australia. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vital signs, and contribute to ongoing health assessments within a multidisciplinary team.

You will develop and review individualized care plans with doctors, allied health professionals, clients, and families, and provide leadership in documentation and adherence to aged care standards.
