Description

- Coordinate overseas manufacturing operations and end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- 5 days on-site permanent position in the Sydney CBD.
- Collaborate with overseas suppliers to negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability aligns with business needs.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations and standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
- Resolve supply chain issues promptly to minimise disruptions.




- Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain and Operations Coordinator should have:

- Strong understanding of operations and supply chain management principles in the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
