Endeavour Group's Ramsgate Hotel is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to act as a right hand to the Head Chef, running services when the Head Chef is not in venue and driving memorable, artful plates.

You will lead shifts, mentor staff, and maintain razor-sharp kitchen standards while fostering a collaborative, safe work workplace. A passion for great food and a calm leadership style is essential.
