Ascent Property Co is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join the team and take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio. You will independently manage approximately 120–130 residential properties on an end-to-end basis, with the support of the Directors and a business that genuinely values high standards, communication and client service.
Key responsibilities
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
Taking full ownership of your portfolio from commencement through to vacate
Advertising and leasing vacant properties
Conducting rental home opens and private viewings
Processing applications and tenant selection
Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
Completing Property Condition Reports using Inspection Express
Conducting routine inspections
Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
Coordinating maintenance and managing contractors
About you
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
Strong knowledge of WA residential tenancy legislation and property management processes
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
Strong organisation and time-management skills
The confidence to handle difficult conversations and resolve issues professionally
High attention to detail
A proactive approach to maintenance, arrears and portfolio management
The ability to work independently while still being part of a close-knit team
A current WA driver's licence
