The Team

As our firm continues to grow, we areseeking a Billing Specialist to join our national billing team, comprising twoother Billing Specialists and a team leader under the supervision of the firm’sManager of Billing and Practice Management Systems. You will be workingalongside experienced professionals who are passionate about their roles anddedicated to supporting each other. This position offers a unique opportunityto contribute to a dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will be valuedand nurtured.

The Role

The Billing Specialist will play acrucial role in managing the firm's billing processes, ensuring accuracy, andmaintaining client satisfaction. This position requires a detail-orientedindividual with excellent organisational and communication skills. The keyresponsibilities of the role are:

- Prepareand issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Reviewand verify billing data, ensuring compliance with firm policies and clientservice level agreements.
- Resolvebilling discrepancies and respond to inquiries regarding invoices.
- Maintainand update billing records and client information.
- Collaboratewith legal and administrative staff to streamline billing processes.

About You

- provenexperience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professionalservices environment.




- previousexperience using Aderant Expert software;
- excellentattention to detail;
- proficientin Excel; and
- strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
