VACCA Preston is seeking a Kinship Care Case Manager to provide holistic case management for kinship carers and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children within the statutory system. The role works closely with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing to deliver culturally responsive services.

You will support families, prepare precise case notes and reports, identify risks in practice, and contribute to ongoing professional development within a supportive team setting.
