BlueCare is seeking a Wellness Lead to oversee the Wellness & Engagement Program across aged care residences. You will lead planning, delivery and evaluation of activities, guiding Wellness Partners and volunteers to provide meaningful resident experiences aligned with individual goals and needs.

You will collaborate with residents, families and care teams to ensure programs promote independence, dignity and wellbeing, while maintaining compliance and safety.
