Site Administration Officer - Maintenance

Golding is currently seeking an experienced SiteAdministration Officer to join our team at the South Walker Creek Mine.

This role provides critical administrative support to the maintenance and broader project teams, contributing to the efficient delivery of site operations.

This is a permanent position operating on an 8/6 roster, with camp accommodation provided. Local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the maintenance and broader site teams
- Process invoices, timesheets and maintenance-related reports
- Raise requisitions, purchase orders and goods receipts in SAP
- Reconcile onsite accounts and support commercial processes
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and documentation




- Liaise with site personnel and support new starter onboarding

About You

- Previous experience in site administration within a mining environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using SAP is advantageous, but not essential
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities in a busy site workplace
