Programmed GO in Unanderra, NSW is seeking an experienced Workshop Leading Hand Boilermaker to lead our boilermaking and fabrication team on site. You will stay hands-on while directing daily activities, ensuring protected, efficient delivery of high-quality welding and fabrication services for regional customers.

You will supervise tradespeople, read engineering drawings, and maintain a strong safety culture, contributing to project success and continuous process improvements within our workshop.
