Redpath Partners is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee 4 commercial assets across Perth, WA. The role focuses on operational delivery, maintenance, compliance and capex project delivery with a explicit path for advancement within a leading property organisation.

You will coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, manage work orders and invoices, maintain strong tenant and subcontractor relationships, and ensure records and documentation are up to date.
