Senior Specialist, Systems Administrator

Join a leading enterprise technology team supporting critical infrastructure within Australia's aviation sector. This onsite role will see you manage and maintain enterprise data centre environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across key systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Administration of Linux, Windows, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure environments
- Support and maintenance of data centre technologies including storage, servers, and virtualisation platforms
- System monitoring, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Disaster recovery, backup management, and infrastructure improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams on deployments, upgrades, and project delivery

About You

- 4+ years' experience with Red Hat Linux and/or Windows Server administration
- Robust VMware/vSphere experience




- Experience within enterprise infrastructure or data centre environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Eligible to obtain an NV1 Australian Defence Security Clearance

- NetApp, Cisco UCS, HyperFlex, Cohesity
- PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, or other automation tools
- VMware, Cisco, or NetApp certifications
