Solar & Battery Sales Consultant - $100K Base + $5K Quarterly Bonuses | Car & Fuel Card

Energywise Solutions | South East Queensland | Full-time

$100,000 base + up to $5,000 bonus every quarter (up to $120K a year) | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm | No nights, no weekends

Energywise Solutions is a licensed QLD electrical contractor installing solar and home batteries across South East Queensland. Demand for batteries is growing fast, and we need a sales consultant to help homeowners work out the right system for their home.

The role

Your week will be a mix of in-home appointments and phone appointments. You'll:

Meet homeowners in their homes, look at their power bills and usage, and design a solar and battery system that suits them

Run phone appointments with customers who would rather sort it out remotely

Explain battery options, government rebates and savings in plain English

Follow up proposals and guide customers through to signing





Keep your pipeline and notes up to date in our CRM

All appointments are booked for you, so you won't be cold calling. You just turn up and sell.

What you get

Up to $5,000 bonus every quarter (up to $20,000 a year)

Company car during work hours if you need one

Standard 9-5 hours, so you're home in the evenings and on weekends

Product training on the brands we install (GoodWe, Sigenergy and more)

A small team where you deal directly with the owners

About you

You have sales experience. In-home, solar, energy or other big-ticket sales is a robust plus

You're confident on the phone and face to face

You're organised and follow up without being chased

You're honest. We sell the right system, not the biggest one

You hold a current driver's licence

Solar experience isn't essential. If you can build rapport and close, we'll teach you the product.
