City Venue Management is seeking a People Operations Partner to unite HR support, systems thinking and detailed payroll focus across a large casual workforce. You’ll own HRIS, onboarding, payroll accuracy and employee data, driving straightforward, accurate processes for the employee lifecycle.

You’ll partner with leaders, balance operations with commercial HR, and help shape how we refresh and modernise People Operations across CVM.
