Project Coordinator - Telecommunications

FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale network and infrastructure programs within a complex telecommunications environment. You'll coordinate multiple workstreams across engineering, operations and delivery partners, keeping schedules, dependencies, risks and reporting on track.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone with a telco, network, infrastructure or technology background who communicates well, works confidently across multiple teams and is comfortable working with data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate delivery activities across multiple telco, network and infrastructure workstreams
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions
- Prepare project reporting, dashboards and status updates for key stakeholders
- Analyse project and operational data and translate it into clear numbers, trends and insightsWork closely with engineering, operations, delivery partners and other stakeholders
- Track risks, issues and blockers and ensure actions are followed through
- Support incident, escalation and change activities, including CRQs and CAB processes




- Maintain project documentation, reporting and governance materials
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and delivery workflows

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Experience in project or delivery coordination within a telco, network, infrastructure or technology environment
- Good understanding of network or technology environments and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Robust reporting, data analysis and Excel skills
- Ability to turn data into clear numbers, reporting and meaningful insights
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Confident working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong follow-through
- Good business sense and understanding of delivery and operational impacts
- Telco/network experience is highly desirable
- HFC experience is desirable but not essential

The client is open to candidates with backgrounds across telecommunications, networking, infrastructure and technology. Strong communication and stakeholder skills, together with solid reporting and data capability and the ability to understand and work within a network environment, will be highly valued.
