Core Talent is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the BMC and shared facilities within a large mixed-use development in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The role is permanent, full time, and based on-site in Sydney.

You will independently manage the BMC operations, coordinate contractors, monitor safety and compliance, and maintain records across 237 residential lots, retail and hotel/club components. Collaborative with strata management and stakeholders.
