Unisson Disability in Western Sydney is seeking a Team Leader to oversee Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. You will lead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive every day.
You will manage day-to-day SIL site operations, ensure homes are secure and compliant, develop and review individual support plans, support NDIS planning, coach staff, and coordinate rosters and recruitment with HR.
