Senior Recruitment Consultant / Talent Specialist – Finance & Accounting

Cadence Connect is growing, and we’re looking for experienced recruitment professionals to join our Finance team.

Rather than recruit for one narrowly defined position, we’re open to speaking with great recruiters about where they could make the biggest impact within our business.

That could be as an experienced Permanent Finance Recruiter , a Contract/Temp Recruiter looking to build and ultimately lead a division , or a Talent Specialist who wants to focus on candidate delivery, placements and aftercare .

We’d love to speak with experienced recruiters who enjoy the full recruitment lifecycle — developing relationships, winning and managing work, representing great candidates and delivering quality outcomes.

Finance Contracting / Temp

This is a genuine build opportunity.

We’re looking for someone who wants to establish and grow our Finance contracting division with the backing of an existing business and client base.

You won’t be starting cold.

You’ll have zero internal competition , access to our entire Finance client base and genuine collaboration from our permanent team. The longer-term opportunity is to build a successful contracting desk and, for the right person, build and lead a team around it.

Talent Specialist / Candidate Delivery

Our job flow has increased rapidly over recent months,



creating an opportunity for someone who loves the candidate side of recruitment.

You could specialise in Permanent Finance , Contract/Temp Finance , or collaborate across both divisions.

Your focus could include candidate sourcing and engagement, talent pooling, interviewing, shortlisting, supporting placements and maintaining relationships with candidates after they start.

It’s an opportunity to build a career in recruitment without necessarily needing your role to revolve around traditional business development.

What we're looking for

We’re less concerned about your exact job title and more interested in what you can bring to the team.

You’ll ideally have recruitment industry experience and a track record of building trusted client and/or candidate relationships. You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating professionally and taking ownership of outcomes.

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who are collaborative, commercially minded, self-driven and genuine .
