The Program Lead Organisational Change willlead the organisational change workstream for Toowoomba RegionalCouncil's Transformation Program, helping guide the organisationthrough a significant period of enterprise-wide change.
Working closely with executive leaders and key stakeholders, therole will drive business readiness, change adoption and capabilitybuilding to support the successful delivery of transformationoutcomes.
The successful candidate will bring experience leadingorganisational change within complex environments, with ademonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigateambiguity and embed sustainable change across people, processes andways of working.
