ACCOUNTS MANAGER – SITE SERVICES

Extreme Excavators is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager – Site Services to join our Boundary Road Operations team in Mackay.

This is a hands‑on, client‑focused role managing key site service accounts across the mining and heavy industry sectors.

You’ll work closely with our clients and internal operations teams to ensure strong service delivery, maintain key relationships and identify opportunities for growth.

This role will involve regular travel to client sites across Queensland, with approximately 50% of your working week spent on site or travelling.

About the Role

- Manage and develop relationships with key site‑based clients
- Oversee the delivery and performance of site service contracts
- Coordinate client requirements with Operations, HR and Finance
- Monitor contract performance, invoicing and commercial outcomes
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings
- Identify upcoming work and opportunities within existing accounts
- Support workforce requirements across rostered, ad‑hoc and shutdown work
- Maintain robust safety, compliance and service standards

About You

- 3+ years' experience in account management, contract management or client services




- Experience within mining, civil, heavy equipment or industrial services
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts, rates and invoicing
- Confident building relationships with site and corporate stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel across Queensland
