- Full time, fixed-term position (ending April 2028) at our Hawthorn campus
- HEW 7 salary + 17% superannuation

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Consulting Projects, you will be responsible for delivering industry-based learning projects within your portfolio, ensuring they are delivered effectively and to a high standard. A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service is essential to this role. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, while identifying opportunities to promote the products and services offered by Swinburne Edge. You will also bring excellent Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working across multiple CRM systems.

You will work collaboratively with Senior Consultants, the Manager, Quality and Systems, the Manager, Compliance, and the Finance team to support the successful delivery of projects and achieve positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

- Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high quality customer services within a demanding, client focused environment
- Demonstrated project management skills with an eye on continuous improvement and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

- Completion of a tertiary level qualification with relevant work experience
- Completion of Certificate IV TAE or a willingness to undertake
