Job Description
Join our team as a high-performing Coordinator and take the lead at an established and flourishing After School Care service located on the grounds ofSt Therese Catholic Primary School - 96 Cartwright Avenue, Sadleir, NSW 2168. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and supportive community.
This is aPermanent, Part-Time position, Term Time only 50hrs per fortnight (1 pm- 6 pm).

About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities:
As the Coordinator,
you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a positive, enriching environment for children, educators, and families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create a safe, inclusive space – Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
Stay organized and vigilant – Manageaccurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety
Empower your team –Supervise and mentor educators , helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
Inspire young minds – Design and deliverengaging, educational programs , underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
Live the values – Support and promote themission and ethos of the Catholic Church , embedding them in your day-to-day leadership
Build strong community ties – Nurturepositive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders
About You:
To excel in this role, you will bring:
ADiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care .
Proven experience inOut of School Hours Care (OSHC) .
Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills
Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
Certification inChild Protection Training .
CurrentFirst Aid Certificates , including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
A validNSW Working With Children Check .
Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO. Register GECCKO
Applicants must havecurrent and valid working rights in Australia
