Working with an established business with a strong pipeline of residential projects, you'll be responsible for overseeing the construction of quality homes from site start through to completion, while working closely with trades, contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.

The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising residential construction projects from site commencement through to handover
- Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors on site
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard
- Managing site schedules, inspections and quality control
- Maintaining strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams
- Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
- Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations and WHS requirements




- Maintaining accurate site records and project documentation
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout the build

Profile

About You

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in residential construction who can confidently manage multiple trades and keep projects progressing.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience supervising residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices and construction processes
- Excellent trade and subcontractor management skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A keen eye for quality and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong understanding of WHS requirements
- Relevant construction qualifications/licences
- A current Australian Driver Licence
