About the role

Reporting to the Financial Controller – Business Partner you will be entrusted in administering our Quality Management System and associated documentation. You will capture and analyse quality-related data and trends to identify opportunities for improved performance, including assisting with the development and tracking of quality KPIs across BCEC departments. You will ensure the organisation's policies, procedures, manuals, guidelines, forms and templates are fit for use, current, controlled and accessible. You will interpret and communicate ISO 9001 requirements to managers and employees, ensuring that the standards principles are factored into BCEC's planning, operations and verification activities whilst ensuring certifications are current and also communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

- Administer our Quality Management System and associated documentation
