Qantas Airways is seeking a Senior Claims Officer to join a centralised national support service. Based at Mascot Head Office, you will manage a portfolio of NSW workers’ compensation claims to support recovery and return to work. You will review claims, make liability decisions, and lead injury management strategies and case reviews.
Solid knowledge of NSW legislation, excellent stakeholder management, and Microsoft Office skills are essential. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term role.
