Admin Assistant – AB Electricians, Frenchs Forest
AB Electrical is a growing electrical business on Sydney's Northern Beaches, and we're looking for an organized, friendly Admin Assistant to join our busy office. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key part of keeping our technicians on track.

Key responsibilities
- Customer service: answering phone, email and web enquiries and booking in current jobs
- Invoicing:
preparing and sending accurate invoices from completed jobs in Simpro
- Scheduling: coordinating technician schedules and job bookings with our admin team
- Bookkeeping: reconciling accounts and keeping records up to date in Xero
- General admin: helping the office with day-to-day tasks
About you
- Previous admin or customer service experience, ideally in trades or construction
- Confident using Xero; Simpro and book keeping experience is a big plus
- Clear communicator who stays calm when the phone's ringing and the schedule changes
- Organized, accurate, and good at keeping on top of the details
