We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a six-month contract, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding and related administration.

This role will support a new project to scale up staff numbers by assisting recruitment activities, onboarding processes and maintaining accurate employee records.

Experience using FoundU is highly desirable, however we welcome applications from candidates with experience using similar HRIS or workforce management systems and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new platforms.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter or HR administrator who enjoys recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist to coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, shortlisting, candidate communication, interview scheduling and pre-employment checks.
- Assist to manage recruitment administration, including updating recruitment registers, and tracking staff movements.
- Assist with HRIS administration and maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HR system.
- Help keep recruitment and other processes on track and in line with relevant policies and requirements.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure all required information and documents are completed.

About You

- Previous experience in a People & Culture, HR coordination or recruitment coordination role.
- Strong recruitment and onboarding administration experience.
- Experience using FoundU, or a similar HRIS/workforce management system.
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- A proactive, professional and people-focused approach.
