Dementia and Aged Care Services (DACS NSW) is seeking a Community Support Assistant to provide a restorative and wellness approach for older people living at home. You will assist with social support, personal care, meal prep and light domestic tasks, enabling clients to stay connected in their community.

The role requires a Cert III in Aged/Community Care, First Aid & CPR, a valid Open Driver's Licence with a reliable vehicle, and a National Police Certificate.
