About the role

You'll be working within a busy production environment, assisting with the packing and preparation of products across a variety of production lines.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work and can maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Packing and preparing products for dispatch

- Working across different production lines





- Monitoring products for quality and presentation

- Labelling and checking finished products

- Following production and food safety procedures

- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

- Working efficiently to meet production targets

- Working as part of a close-knit production team

- Taking on additional responsibilities as you become trained across the business

What we're looking for

Previous experience in packing, production, FMCG, food manufacturing, warehousing or a similar environment will be highly regarded, however, the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in a fast-paced working environment

- Is reliable, punctual and committed to their work

- Has good attention to detail

- Can follow procedures and maintain quality standards

- Is comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work

- Can work efficiently as part of a production team

- Is physically capable of working on their feet throughout the day

- Takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Is willing to learn and develop your skills

- Has a robust focus on safety and quality
