FMI Building Innovation, a leading glass and building solutions manufacturer in Melbourne, seeks a Dispatch & Customer Service Coordinator. The role connects customers with warehouse, dispatch and delivery teams to ensure orders are booked, processed and dispatched accurately and on time.

You will manage bookings, liaise on deliveries, provide email/phone support and assist with invoices and general dispatch tasks in a busy, team-oriented setting.
