As a Graduate Exercise Physiologist at Hervey Bay Physio you will manage a varied caseload while working within a truly multi-disciplinary ecosystem. As part of one of Australia's leading allied health organisations, you will be supported by a network of over 400 clinics nationwide, collaborating with experts across allied health to deliver exceptional patient care.

Our comprehensive 10-month program is dedicated to your clinical and professional growth. You will receive:

Two 3-Day Education Intensives (Brisbane) held in February and July to connect with graduates nationwide, build clinical skills, and leave feeling empowered.

Dedicated mentorship and ongoing support from local clinic mentors and a national Graduate Coordinator to guide you every step of the way.

Weekly Education Sessions tailored to your specific clinical area and experience level.

About You

You have completed (or will complete) your tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology within the past 18 months.

You hold, or are eligible for, accreditation with ESSA as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist .

You are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and eager to learn in a supportive, team-based environment.

Excellent communication skills and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
