Purchasing Coordinator/Customer Service - variety plus!

The Role:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager your initiative and strong communication skills will be valuable assisting across various areas of the business with a focus on the below tasks:

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue purchase orders
- Liaison with suppliers regarding stock availability, order status, lead times and delivery




- Monitor and track orders coordinating and managing deliveries
- Identify and assist with supply chain issues, shipment delays and returns
- Update and maintain orders, supplier information and records in CRM
- Manage supplier documentation ensuring records are up to date and accurate
- Assist with processing customers orders working collaboratively with customer service team
- Reconcile shipment documentation against purchase orders and supplier invoices

Skills/Requirements:

- High attention to detail
- Previous similar experience
- Great communication and organisation
- Good written and verbal communication
- Team Player
- Intermediate skills Word / Excel
