SYC is seeking an Employment Coach to deliver Workforce Australia services. Based at Murray Bridge with outreach at Mannum, you will coach participants one‑to‑one, assess career needs, and help them set actionable plans toward employment goals.
You will build relationships with employers and community organisations, support resume and interview preparation, and ensure compliance while contributing to lasting employment outcomes in the not-for-profit sector.
