We are looking for an experienced Chef with an excellent attitude and commitment to the craft of cooking. This is a unique chance to contribute to our award-winning restaurant.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

Trade qualification with a food safety supervisor certificate

Experience in high quality & quick-paced establishments

The position is ideally suits a chef with alround abilities and will work closely with the senior team of chefs to maintain systems and procedures. The essence and style of Bar Lourinhã's cuisine is sourced from theMediterranean, Spain and Portugal - a deep understanding and passion for these cultures is beneficial but not essential.

This is a fantastic position with a bright and exciting future. We will provide ongoing support and training with an emphasis on teaching true hospitality and the essence of traditional and classical cooking techniques with the freshest seasonal produce.
