Uniting NSW & ACT – Shellharbour Village NSW seeks a dedicated Roster Scheduler to own rostering and workforce administration, ensuring smooth service delivery in residential aged care. You’ll work with the Service Manager to maintain compliant rosters, analyse workforce data and provide timely reporting for informed decisions.

You will support payroll processes, staff, residents and families through skilled rostering practices, while prioritising confidentiality and adherence to policy.
