Growth & Membership Consultant – SOJO Pilates

SOJO Pilates is looking for a Growth & Membership Consultant to join the team at Botany and Sans Souci studios in Sydney. This is a fitness sales role focused on helping people achieve their goals, growing the business and make a real difference. You'll work with new leads, run consultations, and convert intro clients into long-term members.

Key responsibilities

- Call every new lead quickly
- Run consultations in studio and over the phone
- Manage leads from first enquiry to membership
- Follow up every intro offer client

About you

- Fitness sales experience - you've sold memberships in a gym, studio or wellness business
- A passion for fitness and helping people
- GoHighLevel know-how - comfortable with pipelines, workflows and follow-ups
- Speed-to-lead - you're on a new lead in minutes, not hours
