Redpath is a global mining contractor offering an 18-month HR Graduate Program across Australia. You'll rotate through Human Resources, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and Payroll, gaining hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
You'll work with experienced professionals, support employee relations, performance management and training, and participate in site visits including underground exposure to understand the workforce and operations.
