This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced Employee Relations team on an initial 6-month contract, with a genuine view to permanent employment.

This is a fully on-site position, working five days per week in the office, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, connected team environment and learning directly from experienced ER professionals.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of workplace matters while developing practical experience across employee relations, workplace legislation, policy and enterprise agreement interpretation,



case coordination and stakeholder advice.
