About us

Blue Mountain Co is a Brisbane-based product business in Milton. For more than 25 years we've designed and supplied products that help people look after their homes and their water: Rain Harvesting (rainwater tank and gutter fittings), Blue Mountain Gutter Mesh (gutter guard, including for bushfire zones) and Blue Mountain Co Plumbing. We work with installers, roofers, plumbers, builders, stores, distributors and homeowners across Australia, New Zealand and overseas.

Our aim is straightforward: be the most helpful company our customers have ever dealt with.

The role

We're looking for two Phone Advisors to join our Partner Experience team: the people our customers call when they need help. You'll answer their questions, sort out orders and deliveries, explain our products in plain words, and make sure nothing gets missed. This isn't a script-reading job. Every call is a chance to solve a real problem.

Over time you'll grow into looking after accounts of your own, following up with customers and helping new partners get started with us.

You'll work with AI every day

Our team works alongside Claude and our own operating system. AI looks up orders,



drafts follow-ups and handles admin, so you can stay on the phone and focus on the person. We want you to use these tools, push them, and tell us how to make them better.

What you'll do

- Answer customer calls and solve as much as possible on the call: where's my order, price and stock, product and install questions
- Call customers back, follow up open orders and quotes, and explain any product change before it ships
- Make warm follow-up calls to existing customers and help new customers get started
- Hand off the admin to our desk team and systems, so you're free for the next call

About you

- Warm, clear and confident on the phone
- Curious about how things are made and installed (a trade or hardware background helps, but isn't essential)
- You own a problem until it's solved
- You enjoy explaining things and teaching people
- You're keen on AI and new tools, and quick to pick up systems
- You'd like to grow into sales and account management
