Park Street Bistro in Sydney is seeking an experienced bartender to own the bar during service, delivering cocktails, wine and beer with consistency while keeping the bar organised, stocked and ready for trade.

You will join our Opening Team, starting soon, with opportunities for product training, tastings and development, and a chance to help shape the beverage culture of a current European bistro, while maintaining high standards and guest-focused service.
