Australia Post is seeking a Network Partners Support Officer to assist onboarding and offboarding of Network Partners, manage enquiries, and ensure timely support throughout the engagement lifecycle.

The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining data across SAP, SharePoint and CMS, and delivering high-quality service in a rapid-paced environment. A 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working arrangements is offered.
