ATSR is a growing organisation focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions and building strong industry partnerships across both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets. The company is committed to strengthening its market presence through strategic marketing, digital engagement, and consistent brand development.Due to continued business growth and expanding marketing requirements, we are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team based in Geelong.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
- Plan and oversee social media marketing activities to maintain and grow ATSR’s online presence.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage the creation of engaging content for web, email, social media, and print.
- Collaborate with academic staff and leadership to promote courses, events, and student success stories.
- Support lead generation, student recruitment, and event coordination.




- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Generate and manage marketing leads from both B2B and B2C channels.
- Develop and maintain ATSR’s brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum Experience of 1 year in a Marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation and social media management.
- Ability to analyse market data, customer behaviour, and campaign performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and creative approach to marketing initiatives.
