Chubb Fire & Security Pty Ltd in Rydalmere is seeking a Customer Service Operator for VitalCALL, the Emergency Response unit. This full time, permanent role operates in a 24/7 call centre handling emergency alerts with care and professionalism.

You will contact users when the help button is pressed, assess urgent needs, coordinate with ambulance services, and support families while working within a busy team to deliver calm, compassionate assistance.
